Various Models Of Fairchild Pressure Regulators

By Gloria Mason

It is always essential to ensure that pressure is carefully regulated and its speed of flow is well maintained at a balanced level. Fairchild pressure regulators are carefully designed for this purpose. They can be found in various models depending on the type of task that they are required to perform.

The best regulators to be used for general precision and process control are the 10Model and the 81Model. However, in case a tinier package of excessive force is needed, then the 30Model and 80Model are highly suitable. A rolling diaphragm is used to balance their valves. Due to this, they are able to function adequately to produce output that is continuously flowing.

An aspirator tube is used to maintain the stability of continuous force under varying low conditions. This tube functions by adjusting the air supply in accordance with the velocity of the flow. Low regulator models also offer a high precision control.

The other model is the back regulator. They are widely used in the control of back or relief pressure. Inside a pneumatic system, the 10BP model regulator relieves unwanted back force as it is a regulator with a high capacity. It also offers high precision and is therefore considered in a wide range of precision uses, similar to the 30BP model. Over a not-so- wide range, it is able to produce a higher accuracy level as opposed to relief valves.

The other one is the Fairchild 16 Vacuum regulator. This is specifically designed for systems that need continuous force from the control which is above or below the atmospheric force. All applications of full vacuum are well handled by the Models 17 and 18 Vacuum regulators, Model 16 handle slow continuous physical force and lighter vacuum.

With a column of water measuring half of an inch, the 16 model regulator is able to control sensitivity and hence allowing it to work extremely well in precision functions. In its internal system are valves that assist in minimizing continuous physical force despite variation effects. The output force is properly maintained due to the balance between the push that is applied over and under its diaphragm.

A miniature regulator, the Fairchild 50, is a light and compact unit which can handle a high increase in force and provide high accuracy in precision control. Under flowing conditions, the Venturi design relieves downstream pressure droop. It is constructed using polymer to aid in preventing corrosion. It is widely applied in medical, lightweight or tough applications.

An essential and critical factor is the provision of a proper system of increased flow as well as filtration. For this type of functionality, a specialty force regulator called the Fairchild 63 model is the most suitable due to the fact that it can stand tough conditions. Made from a non-brass material, it is corrosive - resistant. In addition to other specialty models, they are applicable for actuation and automation. In a nutshell, Fairchild pressure regulators are very essential in maintaining a level of balance of velocity and hence enabling the pressure to flow steadily.
